Hello there! My name is Michaella, and however you made it here, I am glad you stopped by. I am an international school counselor living in Dubai with my best friend, Kya! She is a rescue foxhound/beagle mix and a great adventure companion.
I started this blog to document my Euro-Trip that I took in 2015 to keep my parents from worrying too much about me, and then promptly abandoned it. Well, when I moved to Brazil in 2022, I decided to dust off the old blog and make every effort to keep it updated. I had a feeling my life was about to change, and I was right! Travel has become my favorite hobby, and while I am oftentimes late to document my trips, this blog has been a good place to store my stories.
